"HIGH Idle" is used when you are running an air compressor off the crank, a wet kit off your trans or other PTO units, which requiring some extra speed/torque. There are aftermarket high-idle kits out there and DIY how-to's all over. The easiest solution is getting your dealer to enable it. They may charge you the $200 option fee.
